We have literally 100's of products in stock ready for immediate despatch. If we do not have an item in stock then we can sometimes arrange for the goods to be sent direct from our supplier depending on their own terms and conditions.

If you cannot see the product you want on our website, then please do not hesitate to email us on sales@skarpa.co.za and we will endeavour to source it for you

Cost of delivery

We will deliver your order directly to you after confirming the costs of deliveries with you directly. Delivery charges can vary depending on the weight and size of the products. If you wish to collect from our offices this can be arranged, delivery charges may apply and will be quoted for. Depending on the size of your order the delivery may be made free of charge depending on the suppliers delivery terms and your location.

Delivery policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2-3 working days and delivery confirmed by way of waybill number.

What if my order is damaged?

Upon receipt of your order we ask you to check the goods immediately to ensure the order is correct and not damaged, as claims for damages or short deliveries cannot be considered unless notified to us in writing within 3 days of the delivery.

If the item is damaged and reported within 3 days we will arrange to uplift the product and repair as new, or in some cases replace it with a new product depending on the manufacturers terms and conditions.

Can I send an item back?

If you want to send a stock item back to us because you have ordered the item incorrectly then all we ask is that you send the item back to us at your cost, and as long as the product has not been damaged in transit and still in the original packing we will issue a full credit.

However, if the item has been purchased in especially for your order we reserve the right to charge you a handling fee of 20% of Purchase Price as well as recoup any delivery costs incurred.
